Art became essential to my life after a difficult past that included military service, addiction, and incarceration. While in prison, a graphic design class introduced me to creative expression, which I pursued further at Marshall University through clay and digital design. I now focus on developing accessible ceramic processes for disabled artists using 3D modeling and laser engraving. My work has been supported by grants, NCECA presentations, and multiple fellowship opportunities. I continue to collaborate with veteran arts programs and research adaptive technologies for creative practice.
